We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Accountant to join our expanding team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and strong analytical abilities who wants to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibility 

• Develop and maintain financial, accounting, and budgetary policies.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Support audits and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data. Provide financial and tax advice for business operations and strategic decisions.
• Conduct financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, capital projects, and risk assessment.
• Monitor operating costs, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, banking, and funds management.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with legislation and accounting standards.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve financial discrepancies and support timely, accurate reporting.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor of Commerce preferred).
• Minimum 3years’ experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Experience with month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, and investigating items within ERP systems.
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others.
• Located in Perth, Western Australia.
• Vietnamese language skills are desirable.
