About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Technical Documentation Specialist who thrives on translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and engaging content. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality manuals, quick-start guides, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting content, and internal training materials that make our products easy to understand and use.

Working closely with product designers, engineers, and the graphics/animation team, you’ll bring documentation to life with visuals, videos, and multimedia content that enhances both customer and team knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update technical documentation for the entire product range.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our diverse product range.

• Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver documentation projects.

• Collaborate with Customer Service to gather feedback to improve documentation.

• Assist in developing internal training materials.

About You:

• Strong understanding of DC power systems and solutions.

• Experience creating technical documents with tools and design software.

• Hands-on problem solver with practical electrical/electronic knowledge.

• Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail.

• Passion for camping and the great outdoors.
