Your expertise

We are looking for Year 12 students who are curious, hard-working and want to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying. (Really, it doesn’t.) But we’d like to see evidence that you:
  • show an interest in Banking and Financial Services
  • maintain consistent academic effort and achievement at school
  • are predicted to achieve an ATAR of 85+
  • have the ability to analyse a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • communicate confidently
  • demonstrate drive and resilience
  • are a team player
  • have work experience (paid or unpaid)
  • demonstrate accountability and integrity

Perhaps you’ve organised a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
