3PL WAREHOUSE STOREMAN/ FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Specific Freight is an Australian owned International Freight Forwarder looking for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our tight-knit team at our Derrimut 3PL facility. This is a full-time permanent role.

Reporting to the 3PL Warehouse Manager, the role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• General Bulk warehouse duties

• General 3PL duties

• Assist with day to day administration

• Monday to Friday – 38 hour week.

• Occasional paid overtime on weekdays.

The main responsibilities would be:

• Receive goods at the loading / receiving dock.

• Load goods onto truck for delivery.

• Manual and forklift unpacking of shipping containers.

• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within Warehouse.

• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt.

• Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or with appropriate equipment provided.

• This role requires lifting and manual labour. 

Essential Criteria:

• Must Have National Forklift Licence 

• Positive hardworking attitude 

• Responsible, reliable and adaptable 

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not essential

• This role requires lifting and manual labour
