Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent for our clients across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates using various channels. Manage job board postings and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Administration and Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times. Coordinate shift changes, covering absences, and manage requests for time off. Track and update employee availability, ensuring that all shifts are filled in a timely manner. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
• Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed personal and team targets in terms of placements, and training

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, rostering, scheduling, or administration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of professionalism.
