Accounts Payable Specialist

Optimal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Brookvale, NSW.

The role involves processing payments for the business and its subsidiaries, reconciling stock invoices to Purchase Orders, raising claims against creditors, performing payment runs, and uploading to the bank for authorisation. Additionally, you will answer supplier queries, reconcile statements, process international creditor payments, code expenses, assist with audits, prepare financial reports, and support AR during peak periods.

The ideal candidate should have excellent teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail, customer service experience, time management, problem-solving abilities, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, accounts payable experience in a retail or wholesale environment, and Pronto experience is highly desirable.
