Drinkworks are looking for their new addition to the Finance team. The successful applicant will be our new Accounts Receivable Administrator. We are on the lookout for a motivated individual with great attention to detail who is seeking their new challenge.
What will be your responsibilities:This position supports both the sales and finance teams in rebates and claims administration. This role owns the end to end process of collating customer specific data, manipulation of data, sharing data with sales teams for approvals and processing the claims. It is critical to ensure timely processing of rebates and claims to ensure clean view of accounts receivable balance. There is also further scope in supporting finance and sales with basic reporting and/or administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:· Receive, save and collate monthly Drinkwork’s customers invoices and Excel backing for processing of rebates and claims· Create monthly spreadsheets based on these invoices and Excel backing · Send monthly rebates/claims to the relevant State Sales Managers to gain approval· File approvals and journal relevant claims to the correct general ledger codes · Clear customers account if relevant· Follow up on any outstanding monthly claims not returned, to ensure they are processed by month end and in a timely manner· Raise and investigate any necessary queries or disputed claims with the customers or State Managers to ensure quick resolution· Assist Credit Controller in reporting aging debtors by customer providing details as to nature of balance and movements versus prior month
What you will bring:· Experience in Accounts Receivable Administrator or similar Accounts role required· Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and data entry skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory)· Exposure in a high-volume transactional environment desirable· Detail orientated, organised, understands deadlines and can work autonomously· Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders, in particular Sales and Finance teams with clear and strong communication skills · Full right to work in Australia required
