Accounts Receivable Officer

COMPANY
The company is a long-standing family timber and hardware business that has been around for generations. They've excellent staff retention with many people being there over 20 years. It's the type of place where you're listened to.. ,maybe you want to move into a different role down the track in a different direction and that is OK. It's fast paced, that is the nature of the building products space, you'll be well-trained.

POSITION  
This Accounts Receivable role will see you keying invoices, data entry, processing payments, chasing overdue payments and assisting with general reconciliation. You'll have full training on the systems, processes and procedures and a helpful and friendly team to become a part of.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Great administration skills - 2+ years' accounts receivable with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Willingness to learn - you'll have all the training you need and no such thing as a stupid question as long as you have a positive attitude to work

• Great communication skills

• The willingness to get stuck in and wear multiple hats - this is a team that collaborates
