Accounts Receivable Officer

Permanent Full Time role based in Mosman ParkSalary Range: $67, 168 - $70,206 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)Working from home options upon passing of 3 month probation Key responsibilities: Managing high volume of debtor’s ledger both corporate and non-corporate.Communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts, including resolving disputes.Monitoring accounts receivable balances and follow-up overdue invoices with clients and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.Ensuring comments are updated in the debtor system to reflect actions arising from client recovery efforts.Building strong relationships with clients and their families through regular phone calls and or face to face meetings.Monthly reporting of accounts receivable metrics and coordinate/lead meetings with operational staff to discuss/resolve issues. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum three years’ experience in accounts receivable and credit control, preferably with a non-corporate customer base.Experience using medium sized ERP systems.Experience using Salesforce, Lumary & GreenTree desirable.
