We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Brisbane team, ensuring the accurate processing of payments and reconciliations across our Australian and New Zealand markets.
Working Environment
Office-based role in Yatala, working closely with internal finance, operations, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities
Process and record payments for asset transactions across multiple RB Global channels.
Prepare daily bank reconciliations and investigate banking discrepancies.
Upload auction transactions and reconcile sales day payments.
Manage post-sale adjustments, including deducts, price adjustments, collapses, and sales tax corrections.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies.
Process refunds for overpayments, bid deposits, and post-sale adjustments.
Support collections efforts for outstanding buyer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Create invoices for customers, consignors, and inter-company transactions.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an office-based finance or accounting role.
Experience in Accounts Receivable is an advantage.
Strong ERP system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
