Accounts/Payroll/HR Officer

Dicky Beach Supporters Club is located on Dicky Beach in Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast. The Dicky Beach Supporters Club is an established award-winning community club that exists to raise funds for the support and development of Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving club. We are a hospitality-based organisation with a strong customer service ethic and are currently experiencing growth.

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused Accounts/ Payroll/HR Officer to join our small and friendly team. This full-time role offers an immediate start and requires someone who can confidently handle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, HR and general accounting duties using MYOB. Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Payroll Processing using Tanda into MYOB, Superannuation, EOY PAYG Summaries (60 employees)

• Bank Reconciliations

• Daily Sales & Gaming Machine,TAB, Keno Reconciliations

• Human Resources - Recruitment, Selection, On boarding, Policy Development

What We're Looking For

• Strong MYOB experience

• Previous experience in similar role preferably with Hospitality Gaming experience

• Good knowledge of Payroll, HR processes and statutory obligations
