Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
  • Handle office communications, including answering phones, emails, and handling requests.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring information is up-to-date and correctly entered.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when needed.
  • Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and coordination across teams.
