Led by a team of highly skilled and experienced industry professionals, our business focuses on servicing the Australian civil and rail construction industries.

THEE Group's Head Office is in Gold Coast (QLD), with Operational Depots in Gracemere (QLD) and Rutherford (NSW). 

Who are you:
Due to continuous business growth, we are looking for additional full-time administration support, located at our Head Office in Gold Coast. The position is Administration.

The duties will include but are not limited to:

  • General administrative duties.

  • Answering and directing incoming calls.

  • Data entry & word processing.

  • Database management.

  • Purchase Order and Invoice Data Entry. 

  • Support new employee onboarding.

  • Travel and Accommodations Booking.

  • Assisting with compliance checks for staff to travel to site. 

  • Overseeing stock levels [uniforms, PPE etc.].

As the first point of contact for the company you will have:

  • A cheerful personality.

  • Professional presentation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage your own workload.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience 1-2 years in a similar administrative role (essential).

  • Actively seeks to understand tasks clearly and able to work both independently and within a team to achieve shared objectives and goals. 

  • Initiative, a willingness to learn, and an eye for detail.

  • The desire to contribute to and become part of our team.

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Work well within a team, happy and can-do attitude.

  • Ability to take direction.

  • Professional & personable manner.

  • Confident computer skills.

  • Driver's License
