This role is part-time and ideal for individuals specifically seeking part-time work, such as someone looking to re-enter the workforce or those wanting reduced work hours/days.

We are a small financial planning firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions to our clients. We have been operating since 2003 and provide financial planning advice and mortgage broking to our clients.
About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. Whether you are looking for a new role in administration or looking to return to the work force this is a role that can accommodate. The role would require some basic administrative experience/ knowledge. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the financial planners and directors.
Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the financial planning team
Assist in maintaining client records and files
Handle general office tasks such as phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Learn and grow within the financial planning field
Greet clients
Basic administration experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team
