The role:
This is a broad scope Admin Assistant role, based at our warehouse full time. Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operations of Let's Play Games operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales and warehouse team
Order fulfilment and dispatch
Invoicing
Managing direct fulfilment orders
Managing EDI for mass market customers
Handling returns
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
