We are looking for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team located in Edwardstown.

Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours)

Immediate start available (Flexible for the right candidate)

Opportunity for advancement into an accounts role in the future with full time hours

Primary Responsibilites;

  • Greeting clients attending the showroom

  • Answering telephone/email enquiries

  • Recording Quotes

  • Scanning Documents for Service Program

  • Preparing Handover Packs

  • Maintaining Hardware / Key Registers

  • Creating & Maintaining Client Files

  • Supporting Sales Team with administrative tasks.

About You:

  • Reliable

  • Punctual

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must

  • Experience with Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with Tradify (Service based app) Advantageous

  • Friendly and Professional Phone Manner
