We are looking for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team located in Edwardstown.
Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours)
Immediate start available (Flexible for the right candidate)
Opportunity for advancement into an accounts role in the future with full time hours
Primary Responsibilites;
Greeting clients attending the showroom
Answering telephone/email enquiries
Recording Quotes
Scanning Documents for Service Program
Preparing Handover Packs
Maintaining Hardware / Key Registers
Creating & Maintaining Client Files
Supporting Sales Team with administrative tasks.
About You:
Reliable
Punctual
Exceptional attention to detail is a must
Experience with Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Tradify (Service based app) Advantageous
Friendly and Professional Phone Manner
