Administration Officer.

Skill Hire are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team, you will play a key role in the Apprentice Employment Administration team.

About Us:

Skill Hire is a not-for-profit organisation, focusing on providing education, training and employment solutions, with a particular emphasis on apprenitceships and Traineeships.

Duties will include, but not limited to: 

  • Provide administration assistance to support the Apprentice employment cycle
  • Manage apprentice records, contracts and relevant documentation. 
  • Liaise with host employers, training organisations and members of the public to answer general enquiries.
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding and induction of new apprentices
  • Support the team with general administrative duties
  • What we are looking for: 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and professional attitude and solutions focussed mindset
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Working knowledge of a people management system highly regarded
  • Minimum 2 years working in an administrative role (working within apprenticeships, training or education would be highly regarded).
