Administration Officer
Location: Athelstone
Contract Duration: 17th of October 2025
Pay Rate: $37-$38 per hour
Requirement: Current National Police Clearance
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Administration / Customer Service Officer to support our Client on a short-term basis. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and office coordination
- Respond promptly and professionally to Client and internal enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company procedures and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (Dated within the last 12 months)
- Available to work full-time hours
