What you'll be doing.

This Administration Officer plays an integral part in the Counselling, Violence Prevention and Response Team in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. The role provides high level administrative and clerical support services including referral intake, monitoring work priorities and workflow for the team, coordination of administration services in consultation with service managers, and preparing high quality correspondence, reports and documents to support efficient and effective service delivery. 

The range of vital administrative and clerical support services enable Child, Youth and Family Services to make a marked impact on the livelihood of children, young people and families seeking counselling and domestic violence support in our community.   

Where you'll be working

The position is located at the Caringbah Community Health Centre, and will need to occasionally travel to other sites as required from time to time.

The Caringbah Community Health Centre, is located on the grounds of The Sutherland Hospital, close to public transportation, carparks, beaches & nature reserves and a thriving social community.
