About the role
The Administrative Assistant AMEP provides general administrative and client focussed support in the delivery of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) to ensure that all AMEP and college core business functions are undertaken in line with approved college procedures and AMEP contractual requirements.
The applicant will have demonstrated dedication, motivation and skills to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, display a positive attitude with good organisational and time management skills.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
experience working in multicultural settings;
the ability to negotiate exchanges with clients with limited English language skills;
a strong working knowledge of the AMEP Reporting Management System (ARMS); and
flexibility to work at campuses where the AMEP is delivered.
