About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and well-presented person to be the welcoming face of the office and provide essential support across admin, customer service and accounts.

This role suits someone who's eager to learn, organised, professional, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greeting visitors and clients warmly

  • Handling incoming phone enquiries and directing calls appropriately

  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and internal communications

  • Supporting accounts: processing purchase orders, batching invoices, resolving discrepancies

  • Helping track subcontractor compliance and WHS documentation

  • Using office software for data entry and recordkeeping

  • Assisting payroll processes (e.g. recording apprentice hours)

  • Keeping the office stocked and organised (stationery, supplies, etc.)

  • Helping coordinate internal events and team activities

What You Bring to the Table
  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident computer skills – especially Microsoft Office

  • A polished, professional presence at reception

  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business

  • Bonus: familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or accounts admin (not essential)

  • Bonus: experience in reception or customer-facing roles
