Additional Information:
This role is a responsible position within the administration team, under the direct line management of the rheumatology team leaders, and the administration manager. The administration officer will be required to provide a consistently high level of administrative support to the rheumatology team while working under limited direction and guidance regarding work priorities.
The administration officer is required to have excellent work ethics, flexibility, initiative and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and competing demands, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a busy administration team, and the ability to be open to constructive feedback.
The position requires high-level problem-solving skills, excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills, good common sense and the ability to exercise sound judgement and logic, to use open communication and provide excellence in service delivery, whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
