About the Role

We are currently seeking to employ a full time Administrative Professional who will be a direct support to a team within our busy accounting firm.

On the average day, you can expect to be:

• Performing duties including preparation of client reports, letters and correspondence

• Client file and database management

• Liaising with clients, arranging appointments and management of team admin emails

• General office administrative support as required including lunch time reception relief

The successful candidate

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual who:

• Has the ability to effectively organise and prioritise tasks

• Has strong attention to detail and a desire to achieve high standards of work

• Willing to accept responsibility when required

• Punctual and reliable

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience using XPM Practice Manager and Suitefiles is highly regarded, but is not essential

• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
