About the role

We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our extensive property portfolio across South Australia and western Victoria.

Working closely with the Property Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating administrative and financial processes that support the management of Viterra’s extensive property portfolio. Your work will help ensure leases, licences, records, and property data are accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Duties

  • Provide co-ordination and financial administration assistance for the effective day to day operation of Property Services.
  • Identify and meet agreed internal and external customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all queries and are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Undertake property rent reviews, CPI Increases, review lease renewals, and facilitate new leases with legal.
  • Ensure all leases, licences and other documentation are current, fully executed, stamped, and registered; maintain a register of leases/licences to ensure that critical dates are adhered to.
  • Ensure all property information is accurately recorded in Smartsheet property registers.
  • Timely collection of overdue property invoices

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in property administration or property management support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and record keeping.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with lease administration and property systems is an advantage (Smartsheet experience a bonus).
