Working out of their Brisbane head office in the West-End, with both street parking and easily accessible public transport. 
  
The Role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to support the wider bookings team, across a broad range of Clients. Your role will see you booking in patients for Medicals at the clinic and gathering their personal information. The utmost of confidentiality needed at all times. 

• Booking in patients for medical checks. 
• Liaising with clients and patients via phone and email
• Data entry for patients personal information
• Call Handling
• Following up on Results for patients with the medical practitioners
• Customer service and assisting with any queries. 

About You

• Previous administration or reception experience
• Previous health practice experience preferred but not a necessity. 
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Exposure to different systems 
• A strong attention to detail
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
