The Company
Based in Sydney CBD, this progressive team of 45 forward-thinking professionals are making waves in the accounting industry. Their focus is on helping clients optimise their financial management by streamlining processes and delivering tailored solutions. They work with a diverse client base, including pharmacy, health and medical, real estate, construction, manufacturing and distribution, retail and wholesale, family businesses, not-for-profits, funds management, digital media, and emerging technologies.
  
The Opportunity
This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll be working closely with the Practice Manager.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining the firm’s database
  • Monitoring WIP for accountants
  • Setting up companies and trusts
  • Making corporate changes such as director and shareholder updates
  • Following up with debtors
  • Assisting directors with ad hoc tasks, including invoicing
  • Overseeing task delegation to both onshore and offshore staff 
As you grow within the team, there is an opportunity to manage, mentor and motivate other administrators, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
