About Us:
MJH Appliance and Electrical is a small family business, dedicated to electrical maintenance in high rise buildings in the CBD area. We’re seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office tasks such as calendar scheduling, job bookings, part pricing/ordering and email correspondence.
Assist with bookkeeping and quoting/invoicing (basic knowledge of Xero preferred).
Support team members with administrative needs.
Liaise with new and existing clients, handle incoming calls and texts professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Availability:
Monday to Friday, 4 to 5 hours per day.
