The client is a Global Technology Brand that's a world class employer and they're looking for an Advertising Operations Manager who will be an exceptional addition to their Ads team.
THIS IS A 6-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION TO START WITH - HIGH POSSIBILITIES OF EXTENSION/CONVERSION TO FULL-TIME
The hire will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Account and Sales Partner(s). The Ads Managers will partner with clients on areas such as media plan generation, campaign execution and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver exceptional customer serviceConduct weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performanceDevelop Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses concerning campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.Lead campaign kick-off meetings and work with clients to gather campaign launch assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assetsWork closely with Ad Operations to ensure flawless order implementation and resolve technical issuesOversee the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and collaborate with clients on necessary optimization tacticsProvide clients with campaign performance reports, including post-campaign wrap reportsManage campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent future issuesMaintain a thorough understanding of ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and ad policiesParticipate in the monthly billing and invoicing process with clients and financeEstablish strong working relationships with clients and agency partners
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Agency Account Management and/or Advertisement Operations functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertisingFluency in English requiredExperience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertisingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholdersProven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholdersFamiliarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
