Task & Responsibilities

• Lend a supportive hand with personal care activities, including showering, dressing, and maintaining overall hygiene.
• Offer genuine companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and comfortable environment for our clients.
• Assist clients with their movement and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort during daily activities.
• Prepare nutritious and delicious meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
• Facilitate social connections and plan engaging activities that align with clients' interests and abilities, promoting their well-being.
• Undertake light household duties such as vacuuming and general cleaning to maintain a tidy and pleasant living space.
• Provide general assistance around the home to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
• Accompany clients on outings and appointments, and assist with errands and shopping as required, promoting their independence and community engagement.

Qualification & Experience

Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability Support, Community Services, or a relevant field, or one year of full-time relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
