Job description:
The Aged Care Assessment Service at Western Health is seeking people with moderate to high computer literacy and experience working with older adults, to join our team of dedicated Aged Care Assessors making a difference to frail-aged persons with care needs in Melbourne's West. The positions are fixed term, with the potential for future permanency, while we seek to grow our non-clinical assessment workforce.
You will gain valuable skills in delivering non-clinical Aged Care Assessments while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff in a team environment.
