Seeking a Agile Coach with experience in engaging with structured learning about agile (training, courses and certifications)

Key duties and responsibilities
As an Agile Coach, you will be required to:
- Mentor, coach, and support individuals and teams to improve maturity of agile capability within the department, including Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Scum Masters, and Team Leaders;
- Guide and lead planning sessions and agile ceremonies;
- Lead training, communications, and review sessions to mature agile practices into the culture of the department;
- Assess agile maturity of delivery teams and identify improvements, including continuous integration delivery practices and others that may be barriers to effective agile delivery;
- Support the development of portfolio and program management and governance;
- Working with management to promote agile mindset and best practices towards delivery success;
- Performing additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time;
- Participating in Performance discussions as required by the supervisor.
Essential criteria
- Demonstrated experience working as an agile coach in an enterprise-class environment, including familiarity and use of several agile methodologies to deliver large and complex business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working as an agile coach in an enterprise-class environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including excellent problem-solving abilities, proven ability to build teams and create a positive team culture, and the ability to build productive working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to understand the needs of teams and individuals in an agile context and to make improvements through coaching and mentoring.
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of engaging with structured learning about agile (training, courses and certifications)
- Evidence of maintaining and enhancing your knowledge and skills in relation to agile methodologies and ways of working (participation in community of practices)
Contract: 12 Months Contract with 2 x 12 months extension options
Security Required: Must have a Baseline Security Clearance required
Location - ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, and Hybrid
