Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at Concept Air Conditioning located at Adelaide Airport but working all over Metro Adelaide with some rural work as well. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing commercial air conditioning  systems for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment
• Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality solutions

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration service technician
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as required
• A valid driver's licence
• A valid police clearance and working with children check
• Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
