Task & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and Australian standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports as required.
Qualification & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Airconditioning and Refrigeration (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Current Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
