Position: Senior Project Development Manager

As the Senior Project Development Manager, you will:

• Set and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence and accelerate the development pipeline.
• Lead the full development cycle for major energy projects — from early-stage site identification and approvals to commercial structuring and investment readiness.
• Guide high-precision production modeling in collaboration with technical experts to optimise feasibility and energy performance.
• Take ownership of financial modeling and investment analysis to evaluate project returns, funding pathways, and commercial outcomes.
• Represent the organisation in high-stakes conversations with investors, government bodies, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Shape risk management strategies that ensure each project is robust, competitive, and future-proofed.
• Stay ahead of market and regulatory trends, leveraging insights to inform commercial positioning and strategic decisions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects with commercial responsibility.
• Expertise in both production and financial modeling, and the ability to translate technical inputs into sound business cases.
