Your Purpose

As our Allied Health Lead, you will:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care while leading, mentoring, and supervising our multidisciplinary Allied Health team.
  • Drive service innovation to improve outcomes and client experiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery to new and existing Community Aged Care clients.
  • Foster partnerships with universities, GPs, health services, and other key stakeholders to enhance our reach and impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least two years' experience in community aged care (HCP, CHSP, TCP).
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to supervise, develop and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex referrals and assessments with a client-centred approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and funding frameworks.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current SA Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and a First Aid Certificate.

  • Clinical Care & Leadership (50%)
    • Lead service delivery and clinical practice, mentor staff, implement supervision frameworks, and champion innovation in aged care services.
  • Relationship Management (20%)
    • Support team development, drive staff engagement and retention, manage workforce planning, and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Budget Management (15%)
    • Monitor resources, staffing allocations, and package funding to ensure financial viability and responsive service delivery.
  • Administration & Reporting (10%)
    • Provide safe, cost-effective advice and education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, track billable hours, and support audits and reporting.
  • Quality & Risk Management (5%)
    • Promote safety and continuous improvement, manage risk proactively, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
