About the role:

We are currently seeking an expert in the aluminium joinery field to join the team. The main responsibilities will be custom window & door installs, job finalisation, handover & commissioning and on-going maintenance & service works for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Installing aluminium window & doors on luxury residential dwellings and small quality commercial job sites around Perth metro & coastal job sites

• Job finalisation, fly & security screen installs

• Communicate well internally with project managers & other install teams to deliver a high quality project.

• Complete maintenance & service tasks for current & completed projects. 

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ Years Experience: aluminium joinery experience preferred

• Ability to analyse and interpret architectural and construction specs and drawings - in particular reading plans and window schedules with a keen eye for detail.

• The passion to take ownership of the role and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken with the ability to work within tight time frames. 

• The ability to prioritise, communicate professionally and meet deadlines 

• Ability/Willingness to develop your own knowledge regarding the products and best practices within our industry.

• Ability to work as a team player to build positive trusted relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, colleagues and leadership 

• Familiarity with Window/Door(or similar) products.

• Proven ability to confidently speak to clients and/or understanding clients needs.
