The Role:
As an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Installer, you will be a key part of our team, assisting with the installation of aluminium windows and doors to the highest standards. The role demands high attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently both individually and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install aluminium windows and doors to the highest standards.

• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct inspections and provide diagnostic services, maintaining the integrity of our installations.

• Quality Control: Ensure every installation meets our company’s exacting quality standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflows and customer satisfaction.

• Handling: Safely manage and install large items including frames, glass, and double glazing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in aluminium window and door installations is essential.

• Familiarity with AWS Vantage and Elevate glazing systems is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

• Ability to work unsupervised, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and meet deadlines.

• White Card and current Driver’s Licence are required.

• Fabrication experience (aluminium windows/doors) is a plus.

• A motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
