About Us
Pacific Stone Partners is a fast-growing investment and advisory firm specialising in market entry, real estate, and special projects across Australia. We partner with leading investors, landowners, and tenants to deliver high-impact, future-focused businesses and property developments.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. You will work directly with the Managing Director across commercial research, investment analysis, business strategy and consulting, lease and legal structuring, regulatory approvals, and engagement with government bodies and key stakeholders. The role also includes supporting feasibility assessments and the end-to-end development of business and commercial developments, as well as special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and demographic research to support site selection and investment strategy
  • Assist in developing financial models, investment summaries, and feasibility assessments
  • Prepare business cases and review higher-level documents, proposals, and reports
  • Support negotiations and communications with tenants, developers, and local councils
  • Prepare and manage documentation for regulatory approvals and compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and due diligence activities
  • Maintain and update internal datasets, reports, and project tracking tools

Ideal Candidate

  • High intellect, with strong emotional and situational intelligence
  • No formal qualifications required — we care more about your ability than your degree
  • Exceptionally driven, with a strong internal standard and a bias for action
  • Organised, precise, and able to handle complex detail under pressure
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Fast learner, able to absorb information quickly and operate with autonomy
  • Speaks Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred, not essential)
  • Genuine interest in property, investment, and strategic advisory work

You’ll be taught everything — what matters is your work ethic, your hunger to grow, and your ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

What We Offer

  • High-impact learning environment with direct, hands-on experience across commercial property, investment, and business consulting
  • Learn directly from the Managing Director and work closely on live projects from day one
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to clearly defined project and business outcomes
  • Frequent travel across Victoria and interstate to inspect sites and support project delivery
  • Quarterly overseas travel to Singapore and China to meet and update investors
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where high standards, ownership, and initiative are rewarded

How to Apply
Serious applicants should take the time to research Pacific Stone Partners and the services we provide. To apply, please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter or email outlining your interest in the role and how you align with the responsibilities, values, and opportunities outlined above.
