Your Impact

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the firm’s customer data. You'll be responsible for reviewing new client request forms submitted by Partners and client finance colleagues, validating client information externally, and facilitating the seamless setup of new clients in the firm’s Customer Data Management system. You'll also ensure that requestors are promptly updated regarding the availability of the new client information in the database.  

You'll assess the need for new client creation by analyzing existing customer data, exercising sound judgment to avoid redundancies. Your diligence in maintaining accurate and complete client information will enable the data to serve a variety of critical use cases across the firm.

You'll also conduct periodic reviews and data cleanup activities to uphold the highest standards of data quality. This requires a strong ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. Staying informed about process updates and assessing the upstream and downstream impact of changes will be key to your success.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, maintain transparency in daily operations, and proactively address challenges. As a team player, you will contribute to a culture of trust, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Additionally, you'll ensure that process documentation is regularly updated and maintain learning logs to identify risks and opportunities from a data management and consumption perspective.

Your Growth

You’ll be based in our Bengaluru or Chennai center as part of our Finance Data Operations team.

You will work as part of the Finance Data Operations team, in coordination with the Partners, client finance, reporting, and application support teams. The team is responsible for the correctness and completeness of data and its governance.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Graduate in finance / accounting (F&A) with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or 4-5 years of experience in F&A Operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 
  • Hands on experience in Power BI and Tableau preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, in English as well as the local office language
