About the role? We are seeking a dedicated Ancillary Claims Auditor to join the company’s hospital team on a
12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing ancillary claims, with a focus on identifying and investigating potential claim leakage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing and investigating ancillary claims for accuracy and potential leakage.
- Collaborating closely with claims assessors to ensure thorough and accurate reviews.
- Communicating with ancillary providers and members via email, phone, and written correspondence as needed.

About you?
- To be successful in this position you will need to have experience within a health insurance setting and or dental/allied health services.
- Experience within claims auditing or processing with specific experience in ancillary claims (e.g. dental, vision, pharmacy).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
