As they continue to grow, they’re seeking an Accounts Officer to join their finance team in a role that adds real value to both their financial operations and mission. This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of something bigger than just the bottom line.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include (but not limited too):

  • Supporting accounts receivable: invoicing, payment allocations, customer queries & overdue follow-ups
  • Supporting accounts payable: processing supplier invoices, matching with POs, and prepping for payment runs
  • Completing reconciliation's: bank accounts, general ledger, intercompany, and credit cards
  • Assisting with month-end close, including journal entries and ledger postings
  • Partnering with internal teams and external partners to maintain clean financial records
  • Assisting with finance projects, reporting tasks, and continuous process improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional finance role
  • Comfort working across AP and AR functions, with strong reconciliation skills
  • A self-starter attitude, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a values-led organization
