Appointment Setter for Mortgage Broker – Work from home & pick your own hours.

Are you looking to earn some extra money setting appointments for a mortgage broker?

We’re a mortgage brokerage based in Milperra, and we’re on the hunt for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on results, and wants to pick their own hours.  Are you a university student or on maternity leave?  Work whenever you have a few hours free and earn per appointment set.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Calling a provided list of local homeowners (sourced through RP Data).
• Introducing yourself as part of our friendly team and offering the opportunity to speak with a mortgage broker about refinancing or home loans.
• Engaging with homeowners to determine their interest and setting appointments directly in my calendar for interested individuals.

What You’ll Earn:

• $30 for every appointment secured where the person attends the phone appointment.
• An additional $100 for every loan settled from your appointments.
• If you secure five appointments a day in just a few hours, that’s $150 in appointment fees, plus bonuses for settled loans!

Who Would This Job Suit?

• University students or parents on maternity leave who need flexibility. Work at your pace, pick up the phone, and start calling during your spare time.
• Anyone with a friendly, confident phone manner who enjoys engaging with people.

Must-Haves:

• Ability to pick up the phone and call people from a list.
• Resilience to handle “no’s” – while you’ll hear a few, you’ll also get plenty of “yes’s.”  You're only setting a broker appointment, you won't need to sell further than this.
• The ability to keep at it until you've booked in 5 appointments a day.  You could do this in a few hours some days.
