About the Role

We're looking for enthusiatic candidates who are looking to start their careers as a chef. The candidate will be working along side experienced chefs, learning from the best and will gain their trade qualification in cookery. You will be involved in the preparation for a la carte service and functions, food presentation and providing guest satisfaction.

You will also:

• Gain your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

• Uphold hygiene, general cleanliness and food safety

• Comply with HACCP
