Apprentice Welder / Plant Maintenance Technician

Outwest Concrete is looking for a motivated apprentice to join our Sunshine North workshop and develop skills in welding, fabrication, and plant maintenance. If you’re keen to learn, enjoy working with your hands, and want a long-term career in the industry, this is the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Learning welding and fabrication techniques from experienced professionals
• Assisting with maintenance and repairs on trucks, machinery, and equipment
• Working with metal components for fabrication and repair tasks

Keeping the workshop safe, organised, and running smoothly
 

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in welding, fabrication, and plant maintenance
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• No experience required – just a great work ethic and a desire to grow!
• Full working rights in Australia are required
