The key duties of the position include:

The Library is seeking to fill a ongoing Senior Administrator, Digitisation on Demand APS 4 role in the Trove Community Services Section of the Collaboration Branch.

Working closely with the Library Imaging Team, the Senior Administrator oversees online customer requests for digitisation from the Copies Direct service. Additionally, the Senior Administrator will process interlibrary loan requests for Trove Partner institutions.

We are looking for someone skilled at triaging high volumes of work; determining what is and is not urgent and allocating to others as needed.

Our ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of digital media formats, and experience with document management or document delivery systems will be viewed favourably.

Eligibility

Applicants should be Australian citizens to be eligible for APS employment.

The preferred applicants will be required to successfully undergo a police record check and must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information.
