The APS5 Insights and Performance Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex data analysis to support the Complaints Branch.
The role will involve completion of regular reporting and tasks to support the wider branch strategy. The role may include working with internal stakeholders across the Agency, managing prioritisation of various reporting activities and providing advice on data related to complaints within the Agency.
The key duties of the position include:Previous experience working in SAS coding environments, or Salesforce dashboard designing, within the Australian Public Service is desirable.
Advanced Excel and Power Query skills highly desirable.
Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics or similar is desirable but not required.

The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.
