Architectural Designer

Location: Inner West, Sydney NSW 

 About Us:

We’re a Sydney-based , design & build company, focused on residential /extensions/new homes/and duplexes. Our projects are handled from concept through construction all under one roof.

Requirements:

·       3–5 years of local residential experience (extensions, new builds, duplexes) 

·       Ability to manage submission processes independently 

·        Ensure compliance with BCA, SEPP, and relevant planning regulations.

·        Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.

·       Be able to work autonomously 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and submit CDC/DA applications 

·       Produce detailed and compliant construction documentation 

·       Liaise with councils, consultants, and clients 

·       Support with basic interior layouts and finishes where needed 

 Bonus Skills:

·       Mandarin is a strong advantage 

·       Familiarity with coordinating with builders or on-site teams 

 What We Offer:
