About your new job
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily banking and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of BAS
- Assist in the preparation of any additional Monthly, Half Year and End of Year Financial reports
- Warranty receipts and adjustments
- Assist with the costing of products
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budgets and Forecasting
- Assist in end year Audit processes
- Ad Hoc assistance with other Admin staff and tasks
About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following:
- Prior experience in accounting and a thorough understanding of Accounting principles -ideally within a similar capacity
- Knowledge of AP & AR with a recently completed study– will be considered
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc tasks when required
- Intermediate to advanced level excel
- Qualifications in Accounting ideal but not essential
