We are on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our brand new venue in Lane Cove!
What’s the gig?
As a Leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly - from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.Day to day inventory management and stock control.Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.Responsible for venue P&L management.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (Bonus if you have experience in QSR!)A people person - you thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel like family.A go-getter with a positive attitude, ready to take on anything with a smile.Someone who’s organised, proactive, and always looking to improve.
