Some of the key responsibilities are Leading the guest experience at check in and check outProactively seeking feedback from guests and resolving any issues to a high satisfactionCoaching and supporting team membersEnsuring safety and security standards are achieved in the hotel consistentlyDriving Loyalty members experience and onboardingProviding support across other departments as required Qualifications To achieve this you will require Experience in Hotel Front Office as an Assistant/Duty Manager or Team Leader.
